I don't know about you
but I'm fed up with people profiting by scamming others on the THERE.com auctions to make fast, easy Tbucks...ESPECIALLY for
something they had absolutely nothing to do with creating in the first place. So...I've been collecting screenshots of the actual designer's auctions
and the scammer's auctions. The scammers may not appreciate my examples of their work, but
hopefully you and others will and not do business with them period.
By the way, a lot of the scammers take note of when designer auctions are ending and use the time period the item isn't posted by the designer
to take advantage of overcharging people before the designer re-posts the auction. Do title searches on all items you're interested in so that you
see all prices available for it and take notes on the actual designer prices. I use an Excel spreadsheet and keep a small notebook beside my
computer.
You will see multiple scams here by the same people on these pages, they ARE NOT duplicates, each auction is identified by a separate AUCTION ID number
if you look closely at it. Another ploy they try to use is...putting the shop link of the item in the seller's description area showing where you can buy the items cheaper.
This might actually be convincing except for the fact that they're still over-charging on the item in the first place plus putting multiple auctions up on the same item AND I'll bet you that
these scum bags aren't issuing a refund right away to their hapless victims and giving them a warning about being more careful next time so they don't get ripped-off again. What do you think?
NOW if they put up auctions that were actually less than what you can purchase the items for from shop or the designers and lost a few Tbux THEN I would say they're actually doing a good deed. However, as you
can see this is not the case...therefore, YOU'RE STILL A SCAMMER!
If you're one of the auction scammers featured on my pages and you're upset by that...it's real simple...STOP SCAMMING FELLOW THERIANS!!!
I don't care how popular or well-known you are in THERE or how long you've been on THERE, if you're scamming people using your real avatar name
or hiding behind an alternate avatar name (which proves how deceitful you actually are)...you're still a jackass in my book.
If you would like to contribute your own screenshots, please send me full-screen shots of the
designer's auction and the scammer's auction. I will gladly edit them to fit my pages and post them for all to see.
Send your e-mail with photos attached to azwench@azwench.com please.
Example of a designer's auctionFor a reseller, you will only have their name listed as the seller plus view other items for sale by them if they have more items listed on the auctions. It will not have the view other items designed by listing. |
